The corner room on the highest floor with a view of the river and the junction of three countries was superb. The rooms are very comfortable with a coffee table, but the pool is in bad shape, and loud music from a nearby bar until 4 am can be disturbing.

The service was exceptional, especially Erica Backer, the Gerente, and the Food and Beverage Manager went above and beyond to cater to the large number of customers. However, the staff seemed run off their feet, and some confusion arose about certain facilities like the pool access.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel located at the junction of the Iguazu and Parana Rivers, boasting a breathtaking view of the border of Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. The rooms were large, clean, and offered a quiet retreat, though the view of the closed pool for renovations was a minor drawback. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, despite some issues with door cards and cleanliness. The location was perfect for exploring the three countries' monument and cooling off after visiting Iguasu Falls, with easy access to downtown Iguazu. Dining was satisfactory, and the overall experience was positive.
